Sunday Mail Young
Scot Awards 2018

Celebrating the exceptional achievements
of Scotland's young people.
Supported by Year of Young People

FOR OVER TWELVE YEARS, THE SUNDAY MAIL YOUNG SCOT AWARDS HAS BEEN SCOTLAND’S ONLY NATIONAL AWARDS EVENING FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE OF SCOTLAND.

The awards celebrate the achievements of young Scots aged between 11 and 16 and their ability to make Scotland and the world a better place to live.

We’ve seen stories from the most incredible young people. Former nominees have risen to the top of the sporting, business, entertainment and the art worlds. Hundreds more are making a lasting difference to communities across Scotland.

In the Year of Young People 2018 we want to raise the game of the Sunday Mail Young Scot Awards, to bring in brilliant acts, higher profile celebrities, to give young people the chance to help organise the awards and give more young people the chance to attend and get the awards evening back on television so everyone in Scotland can join in.

The event will be an evening to remember, packed with great musical entertainment, a glittering dinner, a red carpet reception and, most importantly, the stories of 45 inspirational and amazing young people.
